It's Wednesday which means that I am halfway to the weekend! Yesterday was filled with all sorts of craziness so I ended up staying at work until like 7 o'clock. Then I went home and made dinner for Stan and I. He and I watched a couple episodes of Medium and then went to bed. I was glad because I was exausted after one of my Scientists had me so busy arguing with a hotel over a contract.
Today has been a lot easier. Everyone has been pretty much low key due to a huge storm that shut off our power (just for a little while). Nothing is really new at this point I have just been working really hard and looking forward to the weekend so I can get more work done on our house. Stan and I have been working a little during the week but it is hard to committ to that after being at work forever. I usually just want to go home, have some dinner, and just sack out with Stan for a while.
In terms of baby stuff I have been looking at different daycares in Columbia to price them and see what is going to be the best place for us. I am afraid it will be too expensive but I am going to look into it first and then decide what the best road is. I found this one place that had a really cute website that was all about fostering a child's imagination. I found three nice places and I want Stan and I to visit each of them and see what they look like.
Also I have been looking around at different baby products- you know doing some research on different things. We have been looking at all sorts of things and I have to say it's been great.

You sound like a business power house; that is so awesome. Lucky be the scientist that has you arguing his side. I remember that time when we weren't getting seated fast enough at some restaraunt; that was great. I hope you find a really good day care. I don't really know too much about them so I can't help you out too much on that one. But maybe one of your pregnancy sight people have some ideas. But I'm sure between you and Stan you'll find something good out of all the different places.
Don't forget to check out some home-based daycares. You could try contacting your county and checking if they have a list of certified home daycares, like Frederick county does, or just look for ads. I found the world's best babysitter on a free ad in a Giant Food store, so there is no formula for finding a great one, just make sure to check it out, call refs and you should be good to go!
