So I have decided for the 29 days of February to stick to a really strict diet. I know I sound like I am setting myself up to fail but the plan will be to lose weight during this month by counting down the days until I can eat again. Ok that sounds harsh. Here is my deal
1. Weekdays- No eating out (LUNCH OR DINNER)
2. Water- And Nothing else
3. Workout- 30 minutes everyday doing whatever
My goals are simple so that sounds successful plus I have a really good countdown system in progress!
